The news is not good. Your doctor has told you that you must join a wellness center in order to get your life under control. The added stresses of your job, poor eating habits and a dramatic increase in weight have led to this! Now, it is bad enough that you must a wellness center, but he is insisting that you must have a wellness coach.

You thought that you might be able to just join the wellness center and do a bit of exercise and that would be enough. But no, the doctor has told you that you need a structured lifestyle and that there is no better way to get one than to have a wellness coach. Consider keeping your wellness coach. There is nothing better than someone who will keep tabs on you about your lifestyle and you really know that you are paying them to keep you going.
