The new boss is announcing many changes in the office and the tension level is high with everyone wondering what is coming next. Will people be let go, demoted or promoted? The stress level is 'through the roof' and every day is just another day filled with unknowns. Then, he calls the staff together and tells them about a new idea that he has come up with after doing a lot of research.

The company will have a health wellness center at work. Okay, exactly what is this and how does it affect you? You are hoping that you will be able to avoid this latest new development and continue plodding on as usual. Unfortunately, this is not going to happen as it is going to be mandatory that all employees understand and use the new health wellness center at work.
